How much is a down payment on a Kia Soul?

I want the lowest down payment possible. I don't care how long it takes be to pay it off but I need a car. I don't have too much money saved up as of right now so what's the lowest down payment I can put down on a Kia Soul?|||If you have good enough credit the down payment could be $0.

"I don't care how long it takes be to pay it off but I need a car. I don't have too much money saved up as of right now so "

That statement is dangerous. Particularly when dealing with cars with very high deprecation (like Kias) you will find yourself upside very quickly. If you need a car and don't have a lot of money, you best but is going to buy a 4-5 year old used car with a proven track record for reliability and low operating costs. Buying a new car in such a situation is nothing short of folly.|||It really depends upon your credit rating. If you have good credit, you may not have to put anything down. If your credit is not so good, they're require a lot down. As a general rule, even with good credit, you should try and put as much down as possible, since interest adds up over the life of a loan and ends up costing you a lot of money. Lenders love borrowers like you who "don't care how long it takes to pay it off" because they make the most money on you. Put as much down as you can, and pay if off as fast as you can. At least pay the taxes with cash if nothing else.|||It will be the same as for any other car but if you can't afford much then stay away from Kia since when the warranty expires the repair costs are going to bankrupt you.
