How Much Does It Cost To Replace Timing Belt on a 2003 Kia Spectra?

I have a 2003 Kia Spectra with about 80,000 miles on it (past due for a belt change). How much does it typically cost for this service?





Also, I have read some people saying that you should change the water pump too. Is this recommended or necessary?

good luck.......|||About $200 for part and install. Water pump doesnt need to be replaced unless the bearings are noisy.|||depends where you take it. usually 200 low end 350-4 high end but i dont think itd be that high
